Through our contract research services, we essentially "unbundle" the search process providing our assistance on the "front-end" only. For example, we will source, generate names, phone screen candidates, providing you with a brief report on a "short list" of candidates who have indicated an interest in your position and meet your screening criteria. Your internal recruiters continue the process and manage the candidate interviewing, offer negotiation and hiring. Alternatively, we can simply do the research, sourcing and name generation without making actual contact the candidates, leaving the recruiting to your in-house recruiting staff.
