guidance and assistance developing and implementing a plan to find a new job, get promoted or change careers. We help
you explore and identify options; research opportunities; develop powerful resume(s), cover letters and related
correspondence; prepare for interviews and negotiate your job offer. This program includes:
- Customized Program — Some people only need help with certain portions
of the career management process e.g. developing a strategy for getting promoted, figuring out alternatives to their current
job/field or simply creating a new resume. Based on the specific objectives you want to achieve, we will design a customized
package that includes the points of focus that you need, provides the appropriate number of contact hours with your personal

- Lazer Coaching — For those persons who want the benefit of our career
coaching and guidance on an "as needed" basis without the structure of a formal program, our coaches are available at a
simple hourly rate. You may utilize them as much or as little as you need. Subscription to the Career Resource Portal is
not included.
